Sounds decent

I think the main melody sounds really good, however I believe it has more potential as a Dub Step song than as a Techno Song. Seriously, if this was a Dub Step song, I would shit in my pants from how awesome it'd be.

I really like the melodies you've created, but unfortunately, the stock Fruit Loops kicks and symbols ruin the song, rendering it the "Amateur Sound". If you could just create your own, more powerful, percussion sounds, then it's be perfect.
